The Kleva Cut Master Series Bread Knife is 20cm long and is made from Vamolcrium steel. Slicing bread is difficult to cut with any other knife. However, bread knives have serrated edges which make it easier for slicing bread or baguettes that are hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
